Yeah Sheiko. I'm doing workout #29 (well my version of it anyway, LOL), which is the first prepatory cycle, hence the massive volume and lowish intensity. I really lost all of my conditioning over the break, so I need to get that up again.

I'll do #37 after that which is more like what I'm used to, into the 5 week comp cycle in time for a comp in April sometime...
