That's the end of that prep cycle. It was tough but I got everything.

Threw the shirt on for the first time this year. Nice and light, they flew up.

Thought I'd take a heavish single on the squat. Very easy, I'm good for ~240 in that suit straps down. Gotta be looking at over 260 in my Super Cent with the straps up.

It' based on #37. I was meant to do 185x4x3 pulls, but there was someone in the cage, so I pulled a few singles to fill in the time.

I subbed the dips for the singles int shirt and incline press for 4 board...

Good luck with the british, I won't do it, its a week before my comp, It would have been on if there had been a date change for real.

Anyhow, Birmingham is too far just to get up to go bench Grin
