Had a busy day so just squatted up to 2 sets on 140kg for 5 reps then did a few odds and ends of assistance work. Im just gradually upping the weights every week and the back seems to be holding up.
Mon
Speed bench with bands pretty much the std monday workout followed by some back and trap work which seems to be helping with the slight shoulder discomfort I had and strengthening up a weak area.

stiff leg DLs
60kg x5

hyperextensions with 80lb dumbell
light stretching of back and hams
dumbell curls,whey shake then quick departure to watch the apprentice.
Good workout squats were nice and sharp

dumbell rows up to 110lb
felt pretty good, not been that heavy since the british bench.
All being well I will be lifting in June, theres 2 supers from the midlands who are hopefully lifting and big Jim said he might have a go with moderate weights as he will be doing the seniors 3 weeks later. The 125+ might end up as competative as the 90s in the North West!

trained today instead of saturday because I was helping on service team at Pirelli international rally fri and sat. many hours sat in van then a frantic few minutes repairing the cars.
box squats
60kg x5
110kg x5
155 x3 2 sets
leg extensions
stiff leg DLs up to 140kg
hyperextensions
abs
bicep curls
felt ok, squats were neat enough

If I can just maintain an equal squat to bench that'll be 30kg on my total!
I think Anthony Clarke could outbench his deadlift.
