Top tip boys. dont do heavy fronts if you're going on a first date. The bruises look like love bites and you'll never get laid.

use a towel around the bar as padding and hay presto no bruisesGrin

Towel round the bar increases diameter and makes it harder to keep elbows up. Bruised clavs are a small price to pay, especially as I dont plan on going on any first dates anytime soonWink

lol

Its a great exercise. I personally don't do em as I havn't the flexiblity to perform them in the clean position and the arms crossed way knackers my shoulder, and hence impacts my benching.

Shame as I would do them regulary as a quad movement to supplement my squat training.

try doing them with your arms out stretched instead
» Front squats (Go to post)03-07-2007 @ 08:05
add them in to your routine, great to develope your bottom phase of the squat movement

nope no tape no tacky just skin and sometimes a little blood. if you keep going with the stones with bare arms and no tacky your fore arms will be sore for the first few times but it will toughen up and you will no notice it anymore.

» How Much Upper Back Work Do You Do? (Go to post)29-06-2007 @ 13:45
Well i include shrugs, cable rows pulldowns to chest and behind the neck, and then event training helps with upper back strength aswell, but i don;t know if im right or not but would w thicker upper back give a good foundation to help you squats and deadlfit???

and adding upper back movement into your routine wouldn't really hurt would it???
