nope never competed in a PL comp have been thinking about it but my passion is strongman been like this since i was young and saw Jon pal sigmarsson, geoff capes, magnus ver magnisson, Svend karlsson all these guys i have watched since i was young and wanted to try it, its taken me a while but i'm getting there slowly

first attemp at stones again with no tackey and a little out of practice but should come back quickly also need to get a 100kg sand bag and something to drag for the medley. not a bad first event session since the comp but still need to improve

monday - rest or cycling first thing before food
tuesday - front squat x 10, half squat, hams, extenssion, military press, shoulder work, tricep heavy
wednesday - medley x 3, stones x 3, yoke x 3, farmers x 2
thursday - cycling and walking
friday - dealift ME x 8, lowerback, upper Back, upperback, Guns, core, Hams
Saturday - medley x 2, tyre x 3, log ME, farmers Hold
Sunday Rest

week 2
monday - bench speed x 10, tricep, tricep, upper back, core
tuesday - front squatsME, hams, extenssions, military, shoulders, core
wedenday - cycling or rest
thursday - medley x 2, stones x 3, yoke x 3, carry x 2, farmers x 2
friday - Deadlift Reps SLDL etc, lower back, upper back, Guns, core tricep reps, hams
Saturday - rest
sunday - tyre flip x 3, medley x 2, farmers hold x 3, stone carry x 3,

week 3
monday- bench max effort x 8, tricep, tricep, upper back, core
tuesday cycling,
wednesday - back squat speed x 10, half squats, hams, extenssions, military, shoulders, core, tricep h

friday - rest
saturday - deadlift reps x 8, lower back, upper back, guns, core, hams, tricep

the next 3 weeks will be more or less the same but some tweeks and some different exercises. the the last 2 and a half weeks will be mostly event training with 1 gym session consisting of deadlift squats and incline log bench.
the 5 to 4 days of before the comp.
i will post my training day and any clips too
