inzer powr pants finally go these f**kers on talkin powder and jumping around like a really fat rabbit lol
none thing i did notice is the that it feels losser around the hips and very tight around the leg is this normal??

i have had my centurian squat suit on but only half way and it is also very very tight around the thighs! i know it should be tight as f**k as i recon i'll need bounced into it by a couple of guys at the gym!

i carry a lott of fat on the inside of my upper inside thigh would this hinder the performance of the suit? as its its again tight as f**k arounf the leg that it is in the hips.

any pointers would help as i would like to try an equipted lift in the squats this year

i've had people say anywhere from 15-50kg

also do any of you guys wear knee sleves?

i've thought about using them to heep my knees warm inbetween sets, dont wanna bugger up one of my knee's if i can help it

neoprene knee supports are good for keeping the knee's warm i use them through the winter (most of the year in shetland) and they do help, so i would purcase some if i'm with your.

as fo wraps if you use them to much and very tight they can cause more damage than good, but if you put them on just as support rather thatn for aid then they can help in that way.

but the knee warmers will be good for now.

remeber this is just me opinion and i'm still learning so i hope this helps you.

training hard bud
