well training today was s**te, dunno why but everthing was f**king hard..... log 40 x 5 60 x 3 80 x 3 100 x 1 110 x 1 110 x f x f xf xf ..... you get the picture 115 x 1???? axle (dunno how heavy but its a solid 2" bar, I reckon at least 30kg prob more) 70 x 1 90 x 1 100 x 1 110 x 1 120 x 1 125 x f - clean took it out of me farmers (really low horrible pick up) 95 x 40m 120 x 1m - f**k it!!!! Squats with wanky knee, tried Shane's voodoo but didn't have the rubber strap he used managed enough to half train though Squat 70 X 10 120 X 5 160 X 5 200 X 1 - raw as fook! 210 X 3 - belt and sleeves 210 X 3 215 X 2 200 X 1 - just, tried my wraps for first time in years!
