Hello,

Not trained for nearly a year so thought I'd log what I do to keep a record. No plans to compete, just get a bit fitter and stronger before I hit the big 40, plus helping coach my mate before his first comp.

We'll see where I get to.....

warm up - Seated beltless shoulder press up to 80 x 5

Strict press
60 x 10
80 x 5
80 x 5
90 x 2

Squat
90 x 10
140 x 5
180 x 3
180 x 2
