overhead strict press 50 x 10 70 x 10 100 x 5 110 x 2 115 x 2 120 x 1 - pb! reckon i'll double that next week log - mahossive rebel strength thing 80 x 3 100 x 1 110 x 1 - just!!!!! 120 x f xf 120 x f x f... -you get th e idea 100 x f 90 x 1 x f 80 x 5 - one motion really, really struggled with this log, felt like it was the size of a barrel, easily the widest log i've ever used. I may get the hang of it with some more practice, the clean wasn't a problem it was once it was on my chest/ face! Couldn't get under it, may have just been a little tired from strict presses? f**k knows | |||
