he took the best part of 90kgs (may have been lbs - still a lot!) of his own food with him. Everyone else had the hotel stuff and were all ill and dehydraetd form the s**ts!

car roll - yu get 2 attemtps, fastest time wins - hoep i can do it once!

loading medley, 120k anvil, 100k digger bucket, 70 k washing machine, loaded into a mini skip converted into a barrow and wheeled up 20m course - should be alright on this

stone run 120, 140,160, 180 - hope toget at least one!

This year, without doubt we (uk) have an absolute chance of getting 2 lads on podium! Ed is so focussed, mahoovisley strong and now agile! Tel, always outshines at wsm, especially now hes back enjoying himself, Lioz, an allround super strong man, totally dialled in. Fe, pushing all the way! Yes shaw is good, Thor is good but are both beatable! I think this year will be a uk domination!
