Decent session. Deadlifts very fast, as they should be at this weight now. My best jump today was 2.61m, my best when I started doing them was 2.50m, so I'm making decent progress on them.

Decent session. I took last week off lifting apart from one set if squats. Felt a bit heavier than I expected but that could of been me not treating it seriously with it being much lower than I've been using recently.
