Burpee Challenge 13 (91 reps in total) Airdyne Bike 20 Mins - 5.70 Miles 3 mins rest after burpee challenge and on the airdyne. This was insane. Last time I did the burpee challenge on 15/03/17 I only got to 11 (66 reps in total), so this was a good improvement. I decided to do the airdyne after it as I start my deload week tomorrow so it was one last punishing session. | |||

15/04/2017 Military Press 1 x 5 @ 25kg 1 x 5 @ 32.5kg 1 x 5 @ 37.5kg --------------------- 1 x 5 @ 47.5kg 1 x 3 @ 55kg 1 x 9 @ 60kg Pull Ups (Done between sets) 6 x 5 Handstand Press Ups On Parallettes 2 x 6 1 x 5 Dragons Spine With Rings 3 x 1 Handstand On Parallettes 1 x Lots 1 x 14s Wide Wood Grip Jumps 1 x 1 4 Ring Swing 1 x 1 Handstand 1 x Lots Hand Walking 10 x 1 Hanging Leg Raises 3 x 10 Side Hanging Knee Raises 3 X 10 Good session. I was there for 3.5 hours this time, I'm just obsessed with getting better at the handstand type stuff. I think I'll do a decent day of conditioning today and start my deload week tomorrow. | |||
