Burpee Challenge

3 mins rest after burpee challenge and on the airdyne. This was insane. Last time I did the burpee challenge on 15/03/17 I only got to 11 (66 reps in total), so this was a good improvement. I decided to do the airdyne after it as I start my deload week tomorrow so it was one last punishing session.

I can't say it's the best as I haven't used other apart from the pod ones, but we have this one and I love it. It comes down in price every so often to about £220, I think that's what we paid anyway.
