3/2/14

Squats
50 x 10
70 x 5
90 x 3
110 x 1
130 x 1
142.5 x 1
152.5 x 1
162.5 x 1

that was easy but a little slower than I'd have liked. I also had some minor pain in my knee so didn't want to go for the PB 172.5x2, I'll just do it next week instead. I don't think I would have got it and I didn't want to chance my knee in case it's something serious. Just been foam rolling IT band and icing it which should sort it out.

did 130 x 6
130 x 6
130 x 6 in the spirit of not being lazy.

glute ham raises BW 3x12
Ab wheel +0x10, +10x10, +16x10
Obliques
Human flag practice lol

Microwaving to defrost will defrost it unevenly, and partially cook it too in places so you end up with the same problem of overdone bits.

If you defrost it for 90 secs, wait a minute, turn it over, then repeat about four or five times, you won't even know it was defrosted in a microwave

Just takes a little care and attention. If you put it on defrost for like 5 mins and walk away then it will definitely just cook on the outside and leave the middle frozen lol

Hate to say "fake plates" lol but it's the only explanation. That or the spotter did it all

If he could actually do it he could be world champ in any strength sport he wanted, why stop at bench? Or at least show other people how to do it and make money.
