"low bar" isnt always synonymous with "borderline depth"

Last one, Subcellular distributions of signalling intermediates during the activation of primary T cells. So looking at white blood cells. With a view to helping people with MS and lupus

This degree, thankfully no dissertation

When I tore mine I couldn't get a cup out of the cupboard or put one back etc...!

Due to pain or physical limitation? I'm painless now, just physically won't lift forward

Something is definitely amiss with this. I can't find anyone online with an account of bursitis/bicep tendonitis that had such a profound weakness as I have.

Can't front raise any object heavier than a coffee mug, but there is no pain now. Just complete weakness. Something might be ruptured

I'll post updates in here all in the spirit of learning

Power_nash said:Ideal time for the squat routine you were thinking. Most GP's / A and E docs are not interested in these type of issues. after i dislocated my knee i was told in a+e that i had no injury and should be walking around lol.

Yeah I thought that cos it's mainly doubles and all i can do is squat. So I've started doing it anyway

Get scan next week which might yield something. Pain is definitely going now so physio is really helping but the swelling still there

Yes.

I just read your other post

Takes 5 minutes to work out a slightly different meal on myfitnesspal with the same macros as chicken and brown rice, and probably takes 0 minutes to cook a different carb each week

But you can keep moaning if you want

It's isn't linked anywhere mate.
It's the same s**t every single day.
8am- Oats, whey and udos
11am - Post workout shake plus Creatine and l Glutamine, banana
1pm - Chicken, brown rice, apple
3pm - Chicken, brown rice, orange
6pm - Chicken, brown rice
9pm - Udos, tuna, egg

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't see why on earth you would eat chicken and oil daily and not just remove both and have some lean minced beef in there, and also why you'd just eat toenail clippings thrice a day when there are other complex fibrey carbs out there for variety

Same macros surely ?

Slight rupture to long-head bicep tendon in right arm
Slight tear to supraspinatus in right shoulder
Bursitis in right shoulder

Been to see my osteo quite a bit; has done as much as he can really now along with acupuncture

I've turned down an MRI (simply as I'll not fit) but may go and see a colleague of his with regards to laser therapy where it helps to heal the injury directly rather than treating the area around it etc...

I'm not too bad currently but it can and does raise its ugly head every so often (mainly on benching and OH pressing)

I take Paramol and ibuprofen if/when necessary but other than that I just train with it and make sure I'm properly warmed up etc...!

Do you feel squatting would aggravate yours ? because it I think squatting atm is feeling ok on it so that's all I'm doing, but don't want to push it

Hope you get it sorted ASAP! Can you train around it at all, or is everything too painful?

Squatting with a wide grip and thumbless seems to be pain free so I'm doing that

Not doing anything else

Squats are me fave so could be worse

Swelling gone down a bit but still noticeable, feels quite deep but some can still be seen from surface under ant delt, roughly egg sized

GP: "I can see no swelling in your shoulder"
