High intensity protocols such as crossfit WODs will increase the capacity of the heart to pump blood predominantly by increasing the contractile force of the left ventricle, making the muscle of the heart thicker and stronger. This can limit aerobic capacity, because it can reduce the volume of the left ventricle, and could potentially have negative long term health consequences. Lifting weights will have a similar effect on the heart.

Chin up is very strong, did not expect to see 190 deadlift @ 84 then a 65kg chin up lol. Is that a 1 rep max chin with a supinated grip? Mind dem bicep tendons

Nice. Are you the strongest doc/Mr in the hospital? I bet that 200 squat was easy

This site doesn't need people making comments/using language like that in such a horribly offensive way. Of course being offended doesn't make me right but I'd like to think/hope that the majority of people on here share my opinion.

I'll go away now.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Really do sympathise mate. I doubt those things would do any harm as long as no big arch on bench

I would see a physio with sports-related experience to get the best blend of expertise but an actual knowledge of lifting, a lot of them are refreshingly lenient and will tell you what you can and can't do

take it easy
