Squat 340-350kg
Deadlift up to 400kg
Log. 200kg
Push press 200kg
Farmers 160kg 25-30m
Yoke 400+ 25-30m
Big dumbbell press 90kg 10 press

I had good training squat and yoke frame for distance
Squat back only knee sleeves for reps next week again training 10reps but more weight
2 sets 100-10
130-170-200-230 each set 10 reps
Front squat 120-160-8 reps 190-6 220-2
Legs press machine

260kg 25m drop back 25m
360kg 25m drop back 20m
Frame walk
280kg 25 drop back 25m
