Yes Dave i was, and i've learnt my lesson, you know best lol 10-06-11 Pressing Push Press bar x lots, lots, lots 40x3,3,3 60x3,3 80x3 90x1- unstable as f**k 95x1- much better 100x1- EASY 105x1,1 PB!!!!!!!!- first one nearly killed me as i was lowering it lol, second was a beast though, could have had more but was suitably advised to save it for another day. Bench barx lots 60x3 100x1,1 120x1 130x1 PB!!!!!! Heavier bench with spot 140x1- felt like this is around the corner 150x1- bit too heavy for me today lol No spot bench 120x3.5- PB!!!!!!!! Strict Press barxlots,lots 70x1 80x1 90xnearly! 5 sets curls, some raises.... AWESOME DAY | |||
