Well when I cut down it was 3000 but at the end of the cut at 96kg it was 2500 with 500cal cardio usually. I haven't really counted since then and I'm 97 now so haven't really put a whole lot on :/ perhaps I need to. Myfitnesspal is an easy habit when you get used to it, but at the start it's a chore!

Lifts are close, I need to wait for Tom to tell me to peak and hopefully 235/155/270 but well see

Haven't trained for nearly a week cause I drove back Friday night then worked Saturday night. Had vomitig and diarrhoea all through Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. So I'm pretty much a day clear and lost 4kg!!!
