Brilliant Jamie def one of my faves GIANT of a man down to earth and strong as an ox . Allround deadlift overhead and mobile aswell .Always gets excited when commentating still got real passion for sport

Your only 14 mate keep all your options open. i at 31 now regret quitting boxing at 20yrs to spend more time with a girlfriend than at the boxing gym, needless to say the girl is nowhere to be seen and im married to a different much better lady . Always wonder what level i could of got to if i stuck with fighting. In other words have your cake and eat it !!

yes i agree without my elbow injury i have just missed 180 about half a dozen times by abot 3" so if i get more pop from the bottom i should get that, that is my goal by the end of the year .

Thanks boys for all the feedback really appreciate it. Pushpress is relatively new to me .Prior to that it was dumbell presses and militarys and i tend to rely on my power rather than technique.I think if i dipped my knees or tweeked my style i think (hope)i could get a real tasty weight overhead. I will keep practising hard !
