I disagree. Maybe a bit stronger, but not as much as you think. Those squats were sunk deep, and the benches properly paused. The deadlifts are unhitched and without straps. Plus they're done after 3 heavy squats and 3 heavy benches. Doing the powerlifts in competition is very different to doing them in the gym, especially when reffed using decent standards. It can be a very humbling experience, even for experienced strongmen. Takes many kgs off what you think you can lift. | ||

Takes many kgs off what you think you can lift. A 190 bench is still not alot in the grand scheme of things, irishmarc on here has gone heavier natty and under 100kgs bodyweight. | ||
