Dunno if this has already been posted but I thought it was pretty good, especially the deadlift at the end.

I enjoyed the Amon Amarth background music. Training was cool too.

He was in the final at worlds John, didnt do as well in the final though, think the events in his heat suited him far better.

Agreed on the background song too.

He really pulled that first deadlift up with some amazing explosive power!!!

Agreed on the music in the vid... Amon Amarth, twilight of the thunder god. Great song. Great album!!! Seen them live a few times, they really play in the while Viking theme!

Really? I disagree. Maybe a bit stronger, but not as much as you think.

Those squats were sunk deep, and the benches properly paused. The deadlifts are unhitched and without straps. Plus they're done after 3 heavy squats and 3 heavy benches.

Doing the powerlifts in competition is very different to doing them in the gym, especially when reffed using decent standards. It can be a very humbling experience, even for experienced strongmen. Takes many kgs off what you think you can lift.

A 190 bench is still not alot in the grand scheme of things, irishmarc on here has gone heavier natty and under 100kgs bodyweight.
