Thanks Doc, feedback is always appreciated, very grateful for advice, will put those points into my squat, yeah i need to get down quicker and force up, just getting into low bar from high so it's still quite strange. Happy

Thanks JC, I aim to improve my technique every session, it's hard to get a perfect squat i find, just going to keep plugging at it should get it one day Happy

You're onto a winner training with some of those guys mate (chaos excluded). You'll be sinking 220 very soon imo.

Cheers, Yeah they are a good bunch they've helped me loads with training and I am very grateful. 220 would be Awsome mate I just have to keep on plugging.

Super session Saturday mate. Farmers were very impressive for a 2nd go, yoke was much improved and you dug in and worked hard on tyre even when f**ked

I think you'll be moving well with 130-40 farmers/300 yoke by mid summer mate

Cheers James, yoke didn't feel as bad this time 220 next time i think, don't want to disgrace myself at the comp so need to train harder
