I must say this every week...but you need a plan

Tuesday - start squat @ 120 x 3 x 5 - drill technique - go up next week if strength/technique fine

Thursday - start DL @ 140 x 3 x 5 - drill technique - go up next week if strength/technique fine

Thursday - start Bench @ 90 x 3 x 5 - drill technique - go up next week if strength/technique fine

Nice session mate, Your technique is getting better all the time.

You need a plan though, and you need to tell your f**king missus your going the gym or shes getting the Ike Turner treatment.
