You squatted well last night mate. I know you weren't happy with depth, but it was easy enough that another inch or tw wouldn't trouble you

220KG no wraps will go this year...which at 90-100KG would be a very nice squat indeed

Cheers mate, after looking at the vid i'm very happy with my form just a gary glitter it was not a bit deeper but by the look of the vid it looked easyish, will give me more confidence to go low next week just for my piece of mind. 140 front squat next week for sure, 150 frontie by end of the month maybe too.
