a little on my last log reps, felt ok, but only like a half push I'm off balance at the moment because I went from overheads in flat shoes to a heel.

Just have 2 beers with your din dins, no effect. Ive started taking glucosamine sulphate for my aching joints He he they seem to work.

I think you can squat 170 mate, yes. However, personally I'd stick with 3s, maybe up to 145 (3x3) then add 5kg more in the following weeks
