Funny you should say that, one guy I know said "if you need a spotter its to heavy" so did the first set by my self just to prove a point, in truth it pissed me off a bit lol, he is a good guy but he stands to bloody close like your getting t bagged and I told him on my last set I was going for 5+ got to 6 went for a second breath he must have thought I'm done,then I had to say "one more" while holding my air,by then I had no chance of coming back up with it, it would have been a grinder anyway........but il never know lol Unhappy but other than the 150 for 10 that percentage wise would have put me in touching distance of that 200, il have to find my mini victory elsewhere lol

Habit of a messed up week last week hence my lack of posts
Friday I ended up doing some dreads Up to 240 which felt way heavier than they should
I then while unloading the bar thought I'd see what my strict press was like and did 100kg for 2 pb which is actually pretty good for me felt as though I could have done more,

Anyway it's Monday got gym in an hour but I have a cold so my ears are blocked and a runny nose, but il still see how it goes.

Wow mate, that was a great session. Do you have an ear infection? Any sort of ear, nose or throat trouble is a total bas***d as soon as you build pressure and lift heavy. Big respect.

Cheers guys,not quite an infection although I'm extremely prone to them,think it's build up from the cold,feel ok today just deaf.

Really concentrated on form acceleration,set up blah blah.

There are comments lol but I do my bit,to be fair she is probably glad I'm not under her feet Happy baby is ok,turns out she has a lactose intolerance so already we know now and can move forward Happy
