Took a leap of faith today and reaped rewards :-)

Cheers danny,Id like to get the same on log to but having said that everything is going to plan.think I may have a pb on the bench shortley think its probably all the overhead stuff.how's your training going?

Great deads session same as before except 195x5 puased leg press 10x280x3 3sets of 280 x15 :-)

Events day tyre flip 30m x4 keg run 65k 30m x4 loading medley 65keg/85k natural stone/90atlas/115atlas/120atlas/fail 135k weird coz I've done this stone loads of times but the last few times I've tried it I've lacked leg power,I know what needs to be done!
Atlas stone loading 115k x3 chest height 90x2 shoulder height 5 sets...hard going today.left farmers today may do it in the week.

Thanks danny.I use tacky when I get too 120 and 135 gets to the point were I just can't squeeze hard enough :/ and sometimes during the sets.grip is usually the first thing to go for me.got to get that 135 up again tho I'm most vexed lol,how's your rehab? How's magnus?

Yea, only ever had 120 stone tackless twice!

had 135 stone only once, that was because only ever had acess to one once however,,,,, gym got a new 135k stone deliverd this week yeaa!!!

Fantastic :-) its strange to think tho when I used to struggle with 115 and as soon as you load it without a second though its right on to the next one :-)

Deadlifts found it hard going today,warmed up to 60x10 120x5 160x5 180x3 210x2 at first i tried using a belt on the 210s but failed?????? Speed deads 5x3

Db seated shoulder press 8reps3 sets

Z press only did 2sets Soooooo tired 50x6 60x6
Salt flat bench dumbbell press 12 reps 3 sets 50/70/70lbs
I then sloped off home think I'm over training gonna get in to some 80% work and only do one heavy session each week I'm going heavy on everything getting beat up!!! So going to be kind to myself :-)

As I promised myself nice n easy today log press ftoh on motion 2x10 @60k strict press x2 65. 10x2 ftoh one motion @65k
Bench press 60x10 80x10 90x10 100x10 105x10
Of the chest as fast as possible bench press 80x8 5 sets.
Dealt raise frontx10 5sets side 10x5
