Had my medical out here and it involved handing over a stool sample! Now I've not been very well over the past 2 days and the pot was the size of a childs tumbler so I had no feckin idea how I was going to get anything in it a) without covering myself in s**t and b) without covering everywhere else in s**t!
Managed a semi-solid pooh that smelled so bad even Sadam would've deemed it a step to far for a WMD! Decided I was going to try and aim it down side of toilet and scrape it in but unfortunatley it came out with such vengance it went straight into pan, I was now stuck as to how I was going to get it in the pot without delving my hand into satans manure! Decided only way to do it was to get one of my nice new (well new to me it secondhand) slotted spoon and scoop it out! Got it nicely in the pot and proceeded to put the lid on, now this was no ordinary lid it had a little plastic stirrer attached so when I screwed it on it proceeded to churn my already sloppy pooh into something akin to a Costa mochachino except you wouldn't go near this one. It was at this point I nearly vommed (I was already gipping anywya) but this was just too much! Anyway my driver arrived and with poo in tub in a bag in a brown envelope off I went to the medical centre.

Now much of Riyadh is a building site with construction going on everywhere, but I never expected the middle of the medicl centre to be a building site, but it was! I had to go through to go from having my blood test and dropping off my droppings to get my chest xray! What a f**kin weird place!

ANyway to top it off my dodgy guts returned and I managed to hold on for the 30 min drive back to compound before I filled myslef! This has lasted most of the afternoon although I have now been bog free for 40 minutes!

So after all that I still decided to train!

260 x2f3 + 1 - failed the third, so had a 15 second breather to reset myself then pulled it!

Guts giving me grief so left it there, anyway nice gentle session to get me back into it! TTFN

Yeah, cars are a lot cheaper over here, not sure how old it is but it'll do for me!
Dan - the way i#'m going at the minute i'll soon be over 120kgs!!!!! Start trsaining properly this week also going back to rugby so will shed a couple of kgs then!
