Ultimate goal would be a 700kg unequipped GBPF total at u105.

I'd also like to develop decent weightlifting technique (anything near a 200kg total would be fine by me)!

Basically wanna be a mini-kokylaev lol (who doesn't?!)

Wiegieboard said:My Lifetime goals will be a lot more modest than probably all of you folks on here. I can eat as much as men much bigger than myself and sleep 10 hours a day but I fight hard for every kilo gained in any lift.

By the end of my life I want to.

SQUAT
200kg

BENCH
140kg

DEADLIFT
227.5kg

OVERHEAD PRESS
100kg

Thats still an impressive goal to aim for, trust me there are a lot of strong guys on this site, some of the strongest in the entire country, you go to most gyms, you will not see all that many hitting them numbers. They are good targets for anyone.

Now you got the new suit, get someone wrapping you, new shirt and bit of practise dead lifting in new suit, you'll do that this year

They certainly are mate, esp the squat and bench press.

Many guys never achieve a 140 bench.

And a 200 squat with no suit or wraps is excellent lifting for anyone weighing under 100kg (it's actually an excellent squat, full stop). I still have that one to do and I've been squatting for years.

Could see both you and Savickas hitting that target pretty soon

I agree, I have always been a pretty decent at benching, so never had a had a problem getting to 3 plates, Squats a different story for me Tongue

I think 250 squat and 160 bench will put your clean and jerk well over 120 without training it much

some of mine

3x BW deadlift, either @ 90k or 100k. hopefully both (thats 270 or 300)

2x BW bench again either 90 or 100kg BW so 180-200

squat 250 wraps. 227 no wraps. 200 no belt paused

140 standing strict press. id like to be the lightest person to ever achieve this but tbh id be happy to do it at any weight

150 FTOH

comp wise making a national final wud be cool and also setting some kind of press record and podium at any comp eventually

Equipped:

Squat - 325kg
Bench - 200kg
Deadlift - 325kg
Total - 850kg

Unequipped:

Squat - 275kg
Bench - 160kg
Deadlift - 300kg
Total - 700kg plus

Quite a ways to go on the bench but the squats and deadlifts are doable. As far as strongman goals go I don't really know, a decent finish at the Scottish 105s would be good and id also like to qualify for bsm u105 and the ssm final at some stage.

thanks for the vote of confidence jc. I fear that without an adjustment to my supplement stack it may take quite some time
