And a 200 squat with no suit or wraps is excellent lifting for anyone weighing under 100kg (it's actually an excellent squat, full stop). I still have that one to do and I've been squatting for years. | ||

I agree, I have always been a pretty decent at benching, so never had a had a problem getting to 3 plates, Squats a different story for me | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | some of mine 3x BW deadlift, either @ 90k or 100k. hopefully both (thats 270 or 300) 2x BW bench again either 90 or 100kg BW so 180-200 squat 250 wraps. 227 no wraps. 200 no belt paused 140 standing strict press. id like to be the lightest person to ever achieve this but tbh id be happy to do it at any weight 150 FTOH comp wise making a national final wud be cool and also setting some kind of press record and podium at any comp eventually | ||

As far as strongman goals go I don't really know, a decent finish at the Scottish 105s would be good and id also like to qualify for bsm u105 and the ssm final at some stage. | ||
