160kg x bang injured right pec, don't know if torn or pulled or wgat bu its extremely painful now
Shame this happened today as all my benching felt strong and 160 felt reasonably light in my hands. Could have been able to pb today I think

Cheers mate. Its swelled but no bruising at the moment so hopefullt nothing serious. I'll just get my deadlift and overhead up while it heals
