Adam i train in the shetland isle's - this is the new gym as i and around ten guys have set up a new gym with hard work we now have over 70 member tripling our old membership at our old horse stable gym. were getting boxing stuff and some equipment from pullumsports. were also hoping to take over the floor below for strongman and other stuff and take the floor above for more cardio and things but that in the future so we have all got our fingers crossed. the hangs power snatches were the first time trying them i need to improve the shrug part of the lift so will concentrate on the tech more next time. | ||

On the hang snatches, or cleans for that matter, you need to bend forward at the hips more as this is where the majority of the power should come from. Also for the OH squats - do you have OL shoes as you would make depth much easier. | ||
