20 mins sprint HIIT, not pleasant on stiffness but felt goos in the end. 20 mins stretching/rolling after.

Ir really wasn't mate but trying to keep my gains lean as i slowly increase in weight! Very nearly puking by the end, loosened me up tho!

Well weighed in this morning and weight up a total of 9lb since ending my preperation phase on CBL. This is the heaviest i've been in 2 years i think, however i took waist measurement and it exactly the same as the start and can still see outline of abs and actually feel tighter than ever this morning. This diet seems to work like voodoo!

Hoping for a big pressing session later.

Cheers Neil, finally clicking with squats i think! Need consistancy accross the board now to hit the numbers i want this year and get my first PL comp under my belt.

Well not bad, aimed for 5 singles with 132.5kg got 6, possibly 1 more there but didn't want to fail. Amazing what an extra 5kg does, i got 127.5kg x 20 singles a few weeks back. Still a good pb, last cycle before my 1rm of 137.5kg i only got 1 with 132.5kg and failed the 2nd so progress is there just not quite as much as i'd like! I'll aim to hit 10 singles then go to 135kg x 5 singles then go for a new pb. 80% sets felt fast and light.

Well i have changed from incline barbell press to these for a number of reasons.
1) I suck at them, silly weak, weaknesses need strengthening.
2) It helps me to re-enforce elbow tucking.
3) It builds explosive power, if you don't move fast on these they don't go.
4) Seems to help strengthen wrists for normal benching.
5) Hits triceps very very hard.
6)They are cool!

Damned tough today though, so weak at them so strengthening these i feel will be beneficial. You have to be so explosive and hit the right line or its easily lost. Looking to get these up around 120kg max if possible.
