just got PM'd Member 1945, 685 posts | Just a thought but. If you only ever did Power Cleans and Front Squats... Would you get full leg development (strength wise not prettyness)? Or would your hamstrings be lacking? | ||

One of my training partners does oly lifting and has quite a severe lack or hamstring development and strength. He's quite a strong lad (125/160 @94) but has only just starting doing RDLs etc to build up some hamstring strength. | ||

just got PM'd Member 1945, 685 posts | I'll outline the problem more then... It looks like I'm moving to Africa to wor for an NGO... I will only be able to get 170kg weights there. They won't be bumpers, good food, medical support, a spot, access to other gym facilities. I plan to set up a squat rack thing with some oil drums/shipping containers etc Need a plan for lower body. | ||
