Youre the man most in the know when it comes to speaking and training sensibly, i have a feeling you also could smash some big lifts on the day, especially on the pull.

In PL, they always say you can make up ALOT of kg in the deadlift Happy nothing to lose at that point! 250+ is defo in you if you feel right.

I reckon 240 is more realistic on a good day. But I'm in no rush as you know. I'd rather take my time and keep making steady progress.

Cheers. I'm fast off the floor with deadlifts, but you'd be surprised at how quickly they go from flying up to not budging off the floor Tongue And my lockout sucks as you can see.

Aye that's what I reckon. I didn't plan to do that yesterday as my plan was 215 for 3, but 215 felt really easy so just did 1 rep and thought I'd just try and beat my PB.

I've got a bit of tricep tendonitis so I didn't do much accessory work tonight. It didn't seem to affect the 2 main lifts at all if I'm honest, but it has felt a bit funny all day at work.
