Made sure my close grip was a lot closer than on the video I did last week, and it made it a lot harder. Will move the db bench and db row up 2kg next time. | ||

We did max reps with our bodyweight and then two more sets of max reps taking 10kg off each set. I did the kroc rows how it says to in the 5/3/1 book and must say it was much better that way than just doing 5 sets with the same weight like I have been. rope chins were done with as little rest as possible, they left my hands on agony. | ||
