Cheers. It's actually down a bit at the moment from what I was hitting a few weeks back. I lost some weight through not eating and sleeping because of stress and it put me back a bit.

nice paused bench paul. i wondered what happened to your deadlift day, iv got some old gloves if u want to borrow them il bring em on sat, i know their frowned upon but i used em wen i had torn callouses n better to use them n get some work in than not do anything.

My hand has heeled matey, think it was just from my hands been wet all day at work and that I'd skipped a few deadlift sessions. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Vulcan session with Dom and a mate of his. First lot of squats were in my converse just trying a few things out, 2nd lot was in oly shoes and doing things how I used to which felt much better. Log went ok. I did most of the heavy deadlifts in straps, the 230 was a bit of a grinder, 210 to 230 was too much of a jump for what I'm used to. I weighed 75.2kg this morning, so it was just over 3 x bodyweight. Looking forward to a week off training now.

enjoyed today, bit unlucky with log but still strong all round. considering your trainings being a bit down im sure ul progress a lot once things are back to normal

I've learnt a lot this year. So I expect to make a lot of progress next year if I can keep motivation high.

I suppose I came 2nd if it was a comp. I didn't max on squat, just did a beltless single upto 160 which felt harder than it should so left it there. Deadlift was a max though, but it was with straps and I actually feel weaker with straps. Once new year is out the way I'll be looking to bulk up to at least 80kg, that extra 5kg should make a big difference to my lifts.
