No they hurt like f*ck and are most un-natural, but they are the Farm's lift of the month for November. After this month you wont catch me doing them again until Novemebr 2013!Tongue Tongue

UPDATE.

Not been well for the past 4-5 days, i think that the diabetes thing is a bit wayward at present, been feeling drunk & dizzy despite not having touched a drop of alchohol for over a week. Upped the insulin dose yesterday and i'm feeling a little better today. Still managed to get to the gym but could only manage sh*t sessions.

Friday 9th.
Weighed in at 114.15Kg.

They were Front Squats right, very strong Finch. Something is better than nothing I always say didn't look to bad, I am going to experiment soon with sumodeadlifting but it's a tough cookie, but think I could be quiet good at it, although I am abit tall.

Wednesday 21st Novemeber.

Work has kept me away from the gym for over a week, so tonight was just a small re-introduction meeting with the bar!!!
Started with an hours physio on the shoulders, they are feeling very tender now. Weighed in at 113.45Kg.

Deadlift.

No problems but the palms have gone soft and they are "burning" now.

Just an easy session but after an hours shoulder pummeling from the physio the shoulders are feeling sore.

What type of physio are you having Ian ?, when I last injured my shoulder and went to the physio they recommended band work, but didn't do any manual work on it.

Wednesday phsyio consisted of 40 mins deep muscle massage (it's still tender now!) and about 10 mins ultrasound on the scar tissue. All for £6, can't be bad.Happy Happy Happy

Fairly quiet as Stewart and Kevin were lifting on Sunday in the EM divisional. Weighed in at 113.15Kg.

Busy at the Farm tonight, around 20 people clogging up the racks. Weighed in at 113.45Kg. Deadlifts & Bench with Big Pete and the legend that is Frank!

The 205 was about on my limit tonight but it came up okay. The legend that is Frank pulled 240!!! Big Pete did not pull 170.

Progress is progress, so can't complain on that front. Glad to see you're consistent with your training. I told you that nobody retires from powerlifting!
