Nothing wrong with that squatting. How come 100x10 (just to knacker you up?!!)

Were the deadlifts off a 2" platform to get 7" deads?

I have to get my knees really warmed up before I go heavier otherwise I can't squat to full depth and my knees just lock up.
The deads are from 7" because my plates are smaller than standard diameter so the bar sits at 7" from the ground instead of 9". Seems to really help with the speed off the floor and makes it feel a lot easier when using normal plates.

Definitely brings the lower body in more and you can really feel it in the hamstrings and quads. My speed off the floor has increased so much since using this set up.

160-not happening today, couldn't even lift it.

Decent impromptu session. The monster dumbell is a pig of a thing to balance on the shoulder due to the sheer size of the thing but it is fairly easy to press. Log wasn't so good. Seriously happy to put the 120kg stone to 60" and then be able to load the 135 to 54". A couple more weeks and fully recovered and I think the 160 will go.

I did the stones yesterday , tomorrow is going to be painting and building the deadlift platform Happy So your 120kg to 60 is a gym PB for at least a week !!

SO so session, wanted to do the 247.5 deads but there was no way that was happening. Still not quite up to the same level as earlier in the year but I'm getting there.

235x3 is goood mate!!

When I was attempting it I think mr coan said "do 2x242.5" and I couldnt even lift one cleanly...
