so the plan is to sink the power snatch at least a bit, and that was the main work today.

you know hobo, i have no idea what that ab thing was Grin

i think just a typo.

I mainly do the windscreen wiper bulls**ts and ab rollers these days, and some slow crunch bulls**t using the strengthshops base, ab mat style thing.

But since ab work is so new to me, it all feels really good Happy
