New journal but same old tricks as always
An hour ago i got events for Norway U105kg comp.
1.event
Pressing medley: 120kg log/80kg dumbell/130kg axle
2.event:
Farmers 130kg*40
3.event:
Conan 350-450kg
4.event:
Medley 350kg yoke*15m&6*450tyre flip
5.event:
Truck pull 12t/20m
6.event:
Stones 120,140,150,160,180/160-120cm platforms
Though there is no deadlift, those are still very good for me...

18.8.12 Strongest strongman u105 Finlands cup (final comp)
1.event: Farmers walk 40m/120kg straight walk
My time was 16,7s piece of piss. 1st place
Viking press: 120kg for hands...
10reps and 1st place.
3. Event: Conan wheel about 300kg.
Fout and half rounds and 2nd place
4.event: 300kg yoke 15m/4*285kg tyre
Time was 28,7s and 2nd place
5.event: sack loading 100,110,110,120,130kg sacks to 110cm plat (7m for sacks to plat)
Time was 48s and third place.
Overall place 1.st Solid effort for me!!!! Looks Good to start preparing for Norway...

Feeling fresh today, comp end tomorrow 5pm and after that i ate about 2500-3000kcal and allso i drank 3l mineral/sport drinks, lots better choice than hit the bottle heavy duty style like i did two weeks ago

Log PR gave big smile on my face About four weeks ago when I started to do the log and I'm starting to stretch my shoulders about 3 times a week. I believe that it has helped me now in log...Solid!!!!

im the same with the log , my pressing strength is down atm but because i stretch alot now my log its better than ever
