Back is a bit "clicky" so will start where I left off the week before last

Left quad tear is reappearing slowly

Ubber back pump and legs very goosed... Quads and hammys.

Again excellent unilateral leg work which I really like

Not sure why I get such a back pump as I should be fresh but I suspect it is due to my imbalances and inflexibility in my lower limb and back

Ironically this is an encouraging sign of my strength levels and general improvements based on previous experience

Okay so today I'm thinking of coming out of strongman retirement... Having overtaken beasts like damo, keV, Riainn and Sean Clarke on the powerlifting total

Yeah the available weights and equipment weten't ideal... But Jim Halliday achieved more with less

So the british thing to do is crack on, stiff upper lip and all that

each of the three lifts that comprise your theoretical powerlifting total

you performed your squat with the bands added, what with all the leg intense classes you're doing

I don't know exactly what your bench pb is, but your banded bench is going well and your triceps are looking mighty impressive atm

Pretty cool idea to pick up big weights though on those lifts!

Bit of elbow pain again (tendonitis) from benching and pressing as well as the stuff I have to do in my day job

Could maybe do with a bench routine for twice per week if anybody knows of any

Otherwise I will just keep up the current efforts to repel excessive regression
