I aren't doing BSM mate, and I won't be going up to 90 anytime soon, unhappy with body fat levels already and it's only been about 3 weeks off the clean diet Roll-Eyes

My plan is too basically look to increase strength as much as I can in the next 6-7 weeks up to Yorkshire Novice and then work on reducing body fat levels slowly without damaging my strength like I have in the past 6 months.


and then obviously bulk like f**k for Dragons 4 Grin

I see. Same sort of idea i've had recently i just find it a lot harder to drop weight than you seem to but that might because i'm getting on a bit. lol
