I aren't doing BSM mate, and I won't be going up to 90 anytime soon, unhappy with body fat levels already and it's only been about 3 weeks off the clean diet My plan is too basically look to increase strength as much as I can in the next 6-7 weeks up to Yorkshire Novice and then work on reducing body fat levels slowly without damaging my strength like I have in the past 6 months. and then obviously bulk like f**k for Dragons 4 | ||
