My 1 rep max front squat wasn't over 200kg while weightlifting either if I remember rightly

Okay a few points before I note today's training

• My apetite is still very healthy, eating a lot at the moment... I can go through phases

• Injuries are non existent currently due to regular medication and thoughtful training/rehab

• Wright Robby's weightlifting hall is warm... Great when it's -2 outside!

It was a fantastic session and exactely what I need on a Wednesday after a solid pressing session yesterday and the lower body stuff I did on Monday

lovely little video Mike very nice to see an expert at work .
The fellas in the back played havoc with my concentration tho,so could you edit them out next time ......and maybe put some cheerleaders in there place?
Especially at 2:10 in the vid when that fella clearly scratches under his armpit then smells his fingers and pretends he didnt do that by then scratching his ear .
