Well as you may or may not be aware, I bombed on the bench at the comp. God I hate benching!

Got me a very bruised shoulder for a couple of days, I think it was a little thrown with my super crap squat form (though not as bad as Toms lol). Doc said its ok just needs some rest so a bit of time of benchiong for me!

Rich is a beast with a 250 raw bench, I think he was weighing in at around 130kgs, and pretty solid at that.
Mark - excellent lifting bud, alot of us could do worse than weatching the leamon freshers squat form.
The kid bro did very well norrowly missing 272.5kg squat, benching 140 and pulling 260 at 20 years old, a good first comp for him.

Also to make things all the better my laptop is dead as my shoulder (I'm just being gay really, its not so bad)

The Plan:

Squats: Go WIDE! To tall for medium stance squats, and too reliant on my back, wide should negate this, also I have now got a titan Boss and the pants that go with it.
Bench: Get a new shirt - My doubly ply F6 is a bit too much shirt for me at the moment, cant touch with less than 220 which is very near my current max, not to clever as was shown
Deadlift: Er, same ole same ole, just do a touch more lockout work probably

Good call on the squats. Too much back for a tall bloke.

Bench (looked) just too heavy on the day, but you've covered that.

Dead you'd had enough by then.

You're a tall bloke for 110K. Any plans to go up (someone did mention work constraints on Bwt)???

Yeah I am limited to the 110's at the moment casue of being a lowly ranking scum of a pilot. In a year or so i should be into bigger helis and the seat limit goes up to conviniently 125, and so will I Grin

Good luck with the 'plan'. You must be chuffed to say you are outgrowing a helicopter!! Tongue The only time I could ever have claimed to have outgrown a vehicle it had peddles and was made of plastic.

You see thats one thing that pisses me off about strength sports, at 6.3 I'm always gonna be f**king useless until I get to 125-130kg and that aint happening any time soon.

I love lifting but I love sticking it my girlfriend more.
