Well done to the top 3 and awesome work from everyone who competed! I was just happy to be there and get a new comp t-shirt

Absolute blinder of a comp,ran like a dream,a massive thanks to everybody who took the time to come along and help out,much appreciated.
A fantastic line up,what a great bunch of lads,no slouches,no primadonnas,all very professional in both their preparation and in the way they behaved,all a true credit to the sport.
Well done to Hixxy who is without question the real deal and without doubt the strongest man in Britain at 105kg,i hope you go on to do the Worlds.
Andy has all results and i'm sure he will post them up soon as he get the chance.

Freddie - crazy finger master, respect to him for making the weight, and nailing 5th place.
Bish - chased Hixxy all the way, another all round beast.
John M - solid comp from him, improves every time I see him.

Quality day out and some amazing performances from the guys , personal highlights for me was :
1 - Freddie on the finger dashing around like Usain Bolt for 9 reps !
2 - Hixxy ripping 330kg off that mats and looking like 340kg would have went if it was required !
3 - Mike D surpassing hixxy and Bish on the shield carry only for Simon to go and smash 80m !!
Reffing , loading and MCing was all top notch , really good setup everything ran real fast and smooth .
P.S Nice to meet you Buzz and put a face to the name plates are perfect.
