rotator cuff 2 exercises 1 set 48 reps
increased bench grip by 2 fingers each side.

92.5x8 lol 2.5kg heavier and 3 reps more than last week. winna, last rep was so hard i was locking out for about 10 seconds and realised i was pushing against the stupid squat rack bit.
paused bench

85x8, 2.5kg more and 2 reps more than last time.
dead start seated military press. (bar resting on pins and touching top of mychest) first time doing this

60x7, 1 rep more than last week and this is dead-start, not touch and go normal military, i think this is harder too.

90x5 PR. have done 3 reps on 90 and 100 but yeh. 5 rep pr
