10/07/2011 bent over row barx10 40x8 60x8 80x5 105x10 f**k sake, my grip was too narrow. hammerstrength row 40x8 80x8 125x13 +5kg equal reps. low row 60x8 75x5 95x15 +5kg and +2 reps. e-z bar curl 30x6 40x6 pr i guess lol alternating dumbbell curl 15's x8 each arm, wrist is hurting from something idk what, hurt it yesterday or the day before, maybe pushing off something whilst it was bent. shrug machine 80x8 130x20 lol accidently spat a greeny 10th rep so dropped to the floor n laughed for a second then continued. done. | |||

bad form lol lower back curbved like f**k and u hitched , altho that wont matter if strongman is ur game, start doing deficits and romanian deadlifts. deficit deads will make u better form at bottom, and ur lockout is probably s**t from hitching so romanians will fix that but at least u lifted it | |||

08/07/2011 lol was convinced today was gonna be s**t but i was deffinately proven otherwise ha bench barx20 40x10 60x8 80x3 100x1 so easy 115x3 failed the 4th this was a lot easier than 110x3 last time wow, PR close grip pin press - bar touches chest. 60x4 80x5 95x6 2.5 heavier 2 reps less , PR anyways never done this weight paused bench 60x5 70x5 87.5x8 2.5 heavier same reps lol PR seated military pin press - bar touching chest on pins. 40x5 50x5 62.5x5 almost got 6th... s**t, ah well. | |||

Lol brah, im also maxing on bench soon, in like, 10-11 days time lol, going for 115 double tomorrow, then the week after ill go for 120 single, 122.5, 125 what ever i can manage, i hope u get a nice fat 110/112.5 |
