good effort buddy, its never a s**t day if you turned up to have a go! and that session was definitely having a go for sure! on the other hand i'm a f**ker for being a moaning buzzkill about tired, weak sessions! but then i'm weak as piss on my better days! lol Tongue

lol thanks, curious btw, how old are you?

also gonna start doing a f**kton of cardio, 25 mile cycles perhaps twice, maybe 3 times a week depending on weather, gonna lose a stone, im 18st +/- 1 pound, wanna get down to 17 really.
