Oh yes! You're gonna bang out a new squat PB very soon. I think I did my 150 squat when my triple was 127.5 so you can't be far from it??

Ah come on, I single 10 percent more than I triple, and girls are supposed to suck at 1RMs. You're easily good for 140, and that's all cool and 3-plate-y Besides, with that DL you've clearly got the strength.

i have been squatting for 3 and a half months. and deadlifting for roughly 6-7, properly for 3 and a half though.

Then I reckon in time the distance between your triples and single will start to grow. You're gonna end up pretty damn strong if you've only been lifting for that long.
