so hot today lol, walked to the gym and back about 30 mins each way.
chest isnt fully recovered but not a bad day really. (didnt feel like training it alone tomorrow)

yea not bad man, i hope to get 110x4 next time i bench, would be nice lol, STRONG ass friend told me his training methods, jsut adding 5kg a week and repping it out until you hit a peak then knock it back down. :P
