has already offended everyone so banned Member 2402, 65 posts SQ 120, BP 97.5, DL 145 362.5 kgs @ 82kgs UnEq	Some say here there is no such thing as overtraining/CNS fatigue etc but Capello blames England's defeat on "fatigue". So should England have had a deload week or whatever Mr Wendler or Mr Simmons teaches in Northside/Westside/531 or however you call it? Or should they have had Maximuscles recovermax?
